Chicks 'n Chocolate this Friday!

Don't miss the Chicks 'n Chocolate Stamp Camp THIS Friday night at 7 PM!

A night of eating chocolate and making girl friend gifts --a Hershey Kiss card, a girl friend card, a fancy box with Hershey's nuggets, a Hershey bar purse and an embellished Hershey bar wrapper!  Chocolate included.  Class fee: $20.  Materials to bring: adhesive.

Swaps!

For the Leadership Event I just went to, I cut back on my swaps!  I only made 130.  For convention last summer I made over 300.... this suitcase was dedicated to swaps and some of the free stamp sets we received as gifts at convention.  :)

Inspiration

One of the best aspects of our Stampin' Up! events is the display boards.  They set up huge board with over a thousand cards, 3D items and amazing paper crafted art projects!  Here are a few projects from convention last summer.  Can you believe these are made out of paper?

Experimenting with photography and simple cards

One of the things I want to learn more about is photography....  Here's an experiment.  Does it look any different than my normal blog posts?  Be honest!

I was also experimenting by making a simple card.  My challenge was to use 3 colors, 1 image stamp set, 1 greeting stamp set and 1 punch.

This card uses:
- Color combo:  So Saffron, Certainly Celery, Perfect Plum
- Mixed Bunch Stamp Set (125537 clear-mount, 125532 wood-mount)

Sanity Prevails...

Hi there,

Sanity is prevailing and I have decided to reschedule this Saturday's open house.  Having just returned from Leadership, I did not get time to recover before returning to work on Monday.  I have SOOOO much to share with you, I want to do it right.  :)  I will keep you posted!
